The most unpleasing experience ever. First of all, I set my pick up date on Saturday then they emailed me if I can change the day since there is "an unexpected number of delivery on Saturday." However, I already had my own schedule except Saturday so I replied them but they kept asking me to change the day. I even booked my flight on Sunday so I had no choice. IT WAS ME WHO BEGGED THEM TO COLLECT MY STUFF ON SATURDAY. In the end, they said they'd fit me in Saturday so I thought that was the end of it BUT they didn't come on Saturday HA HA and I messaged them online and only got just the same COPY & PASTE reply over and over. I just don't understand why there's a live chat service when it's useless. SERIOUSLY I HAVE NO IDEA ATM SINCE IM LEAVING TOMORROW. The only reason why I decided to use this company is that they offer delivery service. If I'd known how they deal with customers, I'd have never ever used it. I really don't want anyone to go through the same experience as I did (and still am) PLEASE CONSIDER IT BEFORE YOU USE THIS WEBSITE AND NEVER GET DECEIVED BY ITS COLOURFUL WEBSITE. They don't even deserve one star. Please don't say any words if you can't keep them Spaceways.
