My experience with Mixcat Computers was a positive one. My PC decided to just shut itself off after I turned it on one day and stop working. I could turn it on and it would come on for a minute and then shut itself right back off. I really wasn't sure where to go because I very rarely need this type of service, so I just Googled computer repair near me and found Mixcat. Well, I'm glad I did! I called and spoke to somebody and they told me to go ahead and bring in the computer for Diagnostic. Dropping it off was very simple. I think I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Before the end of that business day, I got a phone call letting me know what the problem was and an estimate to fix it. The price was extremely reasonable and they found me the best price on the part that they could. They were 100% on point with communication and follow up. And they had my computer repaired and ready for pickup at the very same day that the part came in. In all of our dealings with them, they were friendly and professional. They even went above and beyond and did a little extra to speed up my computer a little bit because the boot up was very slow. You can tell that these are people who take pride and put care in what they do. It's hard to find many places like this anymore. I highly recommend them.
