Pros:

Pros:
The company is very eager, determined, and excited to know about the one who is applying for the company. They love to get what they want.

Cons:
However, when it comes to the interview process, they make it sound so appealing to the point where you would easily want to work for them. But like any serpent who tries to attack its prey, if you are not careful it can easily inject its venom in you.

For example, when I was in the last interview they said that they love what I had presented. They even told me that there is room for growth within the company, but what they forgot to mention is that in order to be privileged to obtain full benefits, one must become a manager. So what this means is that an entry level ambassador which is the starting position DOES NOT get any benefits whatsoever.

And what s worse is that, when the agent called to tell me that I had gotten the job, they were very excited but the minute I tried to explain to them that as a family man I need to have full benefits from the beginning and that to me its crucially important, their mood went from passionate to bipolar saying, you should ve asked the manager for that and even when I was still talking they were very unprofessional and insensitive people that they had the nerve to hang up on me.

Just FYI, I own 2 businesses and not once have I ve been treated with such disrespect. No wonder why everyone rates this company 3 stars only. I wanted to rate it 0 but it only lets me put 1. I believe that if the company showed true customer Service and knew how to approach the situation better then maybe I would ve rated it 2.

Anyways, I hope that whoever applies for this company doesn t get deceived by what they tell you.
