Unfortunately impossible to speak to a human to get any sort of support. The WhatsApp support just times out and logs a call back request which is never followed through on. Feel like i've been holding for days (and spending a fortune on airtime) trying to speak to someone. Really regretting my decision to take out a Fibre line with WebAfrica because I'm totally at their mercy and have no way to try active my connection other than rocking up at their head office.

Update: Unfortunately the experience went from really bad to worse if you can believe that. Absolutely no support, and the escalation email address seems to be unmonitored. Agents either just end the chat or create faults that are automatically closed without the issue being resolved. Kicking myself for ignoring the numerous reports of terrible service and thinking my experience would be any different.
