Had the opportunity to work with Ben Burch when purchasing our new vehicle. We came in to Manheim Imports unsure with which direction we wanted to go in order to best suit our needs. Ben more than helped with that. He asked questions and LISTENED to what it was we were telling him without trying to push us into a vehicle just to make a sale. We are more than pleased with the quality of the BMW X5 we purchased and the quality of Ben and rest of staffs service to us with emphasis on the family atmosphere they brought to the table. Thank you for all that you have done for us! We will be back in the future!!
