I came in for service and had also requested additional maintenance on other items that were recommended l. I approved all the work showed uo to pick my car all was good untill I took the time to go over the maintenance and repairs done, to discover that they totally missed one of the service ls I requested.

Called the person back and let him know and had me come back to complete the work they had charged me for. Total waste of my time, so annoying.

Not to impressed with Mazda s service department so far.
