J Francis remodeled our basement, including playroom, built-ins, laundry room and a bathroom. We love the results. They were very professional: weekly meeting with our project manager, responsive via email, easily accepted changes to the plan and scope. Everyone who worked on the job was friendly. They were focused on providing top quality work. That said, it was not a cheap job. Overall, we were very pleased with J Francis.
