Hands down the best experience of my life! I dropped out of a perfectly good airplane on may 28th 2017 with Nicky Sergi being my instructor. As to be expected I was totally nervous but also super excited. Nicky helped keep me excited & I felt perfectly safe with him. Newport skydiving as a whole is an amazing company. They truly care about you & your safety. When I arrived they let me know that due to an overcast of clouds we could safely drop at 8 thousand feet VS the 10 thousand. They gave me the option of rescheduling at no fee or to safely drop at 8 thousand. Given it was my first time I was perfectly okay with the 8 thousand. But I was also told that once we got up into the sky if the weather made us unable to drop from 8 thousand they would give me a free sight seeing plane ride because it then becomes unsafe so that would be of no cost to me & they would gladly reschedule my drop. By the time I signed my waivers & geared up, & was up in the clouds we got the okay to drop at the normal 10 thousand altitude & it will always be a day to remember! This company is hands down an amazing and compassionate group of people who truly care about the experience of each client but more importantly the safety of their clients as well as their employees. I will always recommend this company to anyone in the area as well as tourists. & I would like to add for anyone who is planning on skydiving at skydive newport please do yourself a favor and pay for the video and picture package!! It is so worth the money! I tell people all the time now that I went skydiving but it still feels unreal until I look back on my amazing high quality photos and my very well done video. Thank you guys again for everything! It truly made for an unforgettable early 25th birthday :)) & I will be back in the near future if I can get my husband to gain the courage to jump haha! ;)
