It was a disaster. They made me wait over three hours for a filter they said they would have in an hour.They still didn't have the part after that long wait so I said give me my car back.
I scheduled a trip to Toyota the next morning .O my way 5here I smelled thick oil smoke inside the car. When I arrived at Toyota they showed me the oil cap was laying down on the frame and oil was all l
Over the engine compartment.
They then changed the oil properly and cleaned the engine bay.
They didn't charge me for the oil

It still smells inside but the service man said he didn't think the cabin filter is oil saturated and it should improve in a couple of days.
