Stylist was so clueless about thick natural hair to where she allowed my hair to dry for 2 hours before trying to rip through my 4a hair dried hair. Instead of allowing her to cause severe breakage I left the salon with unstyled hair. The owner was apologetic but my scalp was on fire at that point. So I paid $40 for patchy highlights. Only to have a salon in the city fix her incompetence.
