Rush is awful. This is not just based on one time ...

Rush is awful. This is not just based on one time visit, but multiple time doctor visit. And not just me, also my wife's experience.
1. Forever waiting. you never know when the doctor is ready or an exam (i did x-ray, MRI), my wife did an ultrasound, average waiting is 1-2 hours, no kidding.
2. Not professional at all. they did an x-ray on the wrong foot and they don't want to do one more time, they call me to come next time to do one more. Scheduling is awful too, they said they will call me to schedule but never happen and when I call back they seems knowing nothing.
3. Always asking money. every time they ask me to pay for some down payment just in case even though i have ppo insurance covered.
4. The orthepdic doctor is awful. They schedule an appointment with me about my MRI report, after waiting for almost 2 hours, they told me they don't know what the report shows them and they have no idea what happen. cool, why not just give me a call?
My wife have similar experience there and she decide never go there. Much better expereince in NW
