11/16/2020, 4:00pm, we were on the lot for 30 minutes looking at trucks and were not greeted by a salesperson. We did see four of them standing inside the building but no one came outside. They looked at us as we got into our car to leave. Agreed that it is a chilly, windy day, but customer service is clearly not a priority. We will take our purchase elsewhere.
