We recently started to move from a rental at 4140 North Benton st Kingman ,Az 86409 on the 5th of this month and call them to let them know we were moving they stated that the system was down and they would call. Got one call,and they said I would have to come in because we wanted to up grade and install the system in our new home at 4275 North willow road Kingman ,AZ they took all the information and stated they,would call it is now the 11th of the month and we have not hand any service they could not tell us when they could get us hooked up . I don't want to pay for something we have not had this month so I cancled the service. Your uper management should be ashamed of them self for telling your operations to call and not a call.You have put them in a pickle to tell the customers they would call but they couldn't let us know when. I am vary angry. We are going to frontier. With this kind of action from Sudenlink you will be out of business if you keep it up.
