I have heard great things about this place so I wanted to get my boyfriend s mom a gift certificate for Christmas. The website does not provide a way to purchase a gift certificate, you can call and it would be e-mailed. After calling and leaving countless voicemails for 4 days in a row, nobody got back to me. If it was any other place I would have given up, but this is where she gets her eyelashes done. I had to ask my boyfriend to pick one up for me since I live far and still to this day I have not received a phone call back. Based on the reviews and people I know that go there, the technicians do an amazing job but run the business very poorly. It has been frustrating having to call over and over again and not receive a simple call back which takes less than 5 minutes. I hope this feedback allows whoever to reevaluate how they re running the business as they can lose out on new clientele.
