The staff was extremely courtesy, helpful, and caring. They were all dedicated to ensuring that my needs were met. I have never experienced this type/level of commitment to customer service at a car dealership. I was pleasantly surprised. I truly appreciate Sam Veloz for assisting me with the process. Cesar Sotelo the general manager is a godsend. Cesar patiently listened to my issues and helped me get the vehicle of my dreams at a price I could afford. I am still in disbelief. Cesar is truly amazing! Furthermore, Sam Veloz went above and beyond to help me return my rental vehicle. Also, Sam and his manager assisted me with retrieving my car garage door opener at 10:50pm at night as I left it in the rental car and couldn't enter my home without it. I am greatly appreciative of everything. I needed a new car due to an accident. I am so happy with my choice.
