From my experience, although the reception was courteous, Identicar did not process my file for reasons that left me speechless:
While my locked car suffered a theft of the steering wheel, GPS, dashboard ... IDENTICAR opposes me that there is no break-in mark on the police report and therefore that I have no guarantee. In fact, the thieves did not force a door but, according to the Police, used an electronic device to open the vehicle.
It could be laughable if it was not so appalling and if it did not relate to practices of another time (the famous exclusions of insurers)
