I purchased a laptop and told them very clearly that I am not at all interested to extend warty for 2 years which cost me extra 999/- they said okay but when I got the bill they charged me extra 999/- for extended warranty. So I told them I told you very first that I don't want this so they told me bill is created nothing we can't do anything now.
