I have purchased multiple items from this company ...

I have purchased multiple items from this company (mostly through Amazon) and the product quality and value is very good...but in my experience the customer service has been impressive. There have a few occasions where they respond with a personal email about a matter that was left in a product review on Amazon....proof that they monitor the comments and are looking to make things right if there was any dissatisfaction. The ratings on their product on Amazon speak for themselves...4-5 stars on almost everything.
