Technician was nice enough but wasn't person they said was coming. Major complaint is we feel overcharged. They charged us over $550.00 to replace a dishwasher, maybe a 90 minute one person job. The Technician gave quote when he was on site before he started but by that time I was already off from work and didn't want to take more time off to find someone else. Way more than we expected to pay....
