They used to be really good and professional all around but either they changed ownership or got too big to care to do professional business.
Don't want to bored you with my nightmare, let's just say customer service is non existent; all they really do is transfer you to another representative. Their supervisors and managers don't care to take your call or return voice mails.
They now charge you $50 deductible (at least on my plan, it is higher on other plans) for EACH appliance per call (previously there was no deductible). If you call for service, they never have anything sooner than 2 weeks but for the modest price of $75, they can have someone the next day (before you would call and you would on 99% of the time have someone within 48 hours, no extra charge whatsoever).
I had a service contract with them since 2001 but due to their unprofessional attitude, lack of care, hours upon hours of phone conversatios explaining my problem, waiting for a resolution, I will cancel my current contract and never again do business with this company.
