If you go by bus, it doesn't cost to go to the Getty! Well worth it and the grounds will be spectacular in another week or so like this week. They have an ancient Nile exhibit, which was informative seeing the Ancient World connecting; Egypt; Greece and Rome. I particularly liked the Ancient papyrus with ancient incantations next to the Mummy. Had energy coming off of it like a relic! Be sure to go early as there is plenty to see and with a driver's license or Passport you can use the lecture CD with earphones to get the most info on the exhibits!
