I bought a bike from Ekkip this week and got great service. Patient people and good counselors. Later, I had a puncture with my other bike and I went to see them because it was on my way. Louis at the workshop took the time to help me with my puncture, but also resolved my brake problem and advised me judiciously for future maintenance. Thanks to Louis and Marco, very good service!
