I ordered a Tv stand fireplace and it was shipped with no assembly hardware. I have been waiting since April 3,3020 for parts to come in. I waited 3 days for a call back that has yet to happen. I was told my ticket would not be closed, needless to say it was closed awful awful company to deal with still waiting and they cannot tell me when I could expect parts to come in!
