Went for an interview, they told me I was great and would be hearing back. Weeks have passed and without responses even to an e-mail after a gracious period of time. This is cruel and unusual and really reinforces the stigmas behind the justification that employed do not look to seek the betterment of their companies due to self interest of say interviewers for example
