i took a training form MS Word. Initially i thought I wouldn't learn much as I have used word for several years. I'm glad to say that I was wrong. The instructor shared ways of doing things that I had not used but would find useful in my daily work. He also showed many useful things that really expanded my knowledge of MS Word. I would take other classes from New Horizons and advise others to take advantage of such training.
