Been with several property management companies throughout my years as a tenant on Chicago. Its my first time with Peak and today is move in day. Customer Service A+, Open Communication Channels A+, Responsiveness to Needs (noticed a couple minor things that are not abnormal for move in day, they provided a solution right away) A+, the Goodie Bag you get when picking ip your keys A+.

I have a good feeling that if I were to write another review 365 days from now, it would stay the same. THANK YOU PEAK FOR MAKING THE STRESSFUL DAY OF MOVING IN NOT SO STRESSFUL. Shout out.
