First I would like to say that I am not a employee...

First I would like to say that I am not a employee or customer of this company. Last night around mid night I had a blow out on highway 34. I sat there for 15 minutes trying to change my tire, There was a state police officer who pulled a car over in front of me but did not come see if me or my 6 year old son needed help.

After another 10 minutes i was about to call a tow truck to help me out. Right before I was about to call I saw one of you're security officers pull up behind me and activate the rear lights to his car im assuming he did this so that other cars would see him and move over. From the time he walked up to my car to see if I needed help to the time he left he was very polite and very professional. I told him that I could not get my tire off to change it. He had my tire off and my spare on in under 10 minutes. And to top it all of he offered to give my son a candy bar.

My advice to the owners and managers would be to keep Nathan around because he is a great person and he seemed like he actually cared about my and my sons saftey. Thank you again Nathan!!!!
