We stayed here last night for my husbands birthday...

We stayed here last night for my husbands birthday and everything was great. I called ahead to the concierge desk and when we arrived he had an envelope ready for us with multiple coupons and free tickets for various events and drinks/appetizers. Then when the front desk found out it was his birthday, they gave us 2 free vouchers for the breakfast buffet. We enjoyed a lovely night out and about and when we arrived back to our room, there was a birthday card with a bottle of champagne and cookies. It was so thoughtful and sweet and truly made our experience memorable. Thank you so much for the WONDERFUL customer service.
