My experience at Ocean Maya Royale has been the best! My husband and I received the best service and the shows were amazing. The people here make you feel special at any given moment. It has truly been a great stay. The staff is supper attentive and genuine. In particular Ines, she always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome each time. Ines kept us informed of show times and made sure we got there on time. I can definitely says Ines is one of the reasons why this vacation felt as if we were VIP. We loved our stay and we will be back.
