We booked an AC room for 4720. We particularly asked for room no. 101 and checked into that room on 2 nd of April.

Actually we reached Pondicherry on 1st of April and stayed in Ajanta beach guest House in the same building , which is also good. On 2 nd we changed to Ajanta sea view hotel.

The corner room (101) is very large and spacious with balconies on two sides of the room overlooking the sea. The room is clean and tidy. They provide toiletries and towels.

The view from the balcony is excellent. The sun rising from the sea is an excellent view. Similarly the sea in the night on full moon day is excellent.

If you want to enjoy Pondicherry fully , stay in room no.101 on full moon day. ( If full moon day is Saturday or Sunday, crowd will be more.)
I strongly recommend this room in Ajanta sea view hotel.
