Wow slowest customer service ever. They have no sense of urgency regardless of the amount of people that are in line. I understand there are busy times however that should be managed with additional staffing. It is very annoying that the representative with help someone and then you would be next in line and they will walk away without even acknowledging you. Hotel is very nice though. Would rate fivestars however is big in my book. Customers are paying your salary
