Today was my first visit to Modern Toyota for a recall service at this Dealership and it was great !
Pull up to the service department and the door open right up, drove in and was greeted by Eric very nice man. Told me about how long it would take to do the repairs and he would call when it was ready. Eric called me at the time he had said it would be finished. So when back to pick up my SUV and was greeted by Reno another very nice man, we took care of the paperwork and I was on my way.

This is how business should be done, very happy new customer !!
