I had a horrible first experience here and will not be back. My parents referred me here and have decided since that they will not be back either. The staff appeared to not be getting along well and it was the honestly the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at any office visit anywhere. I spoke mostly with a very young looking girl (i'm not sure if she was a hygienist or an assistant) who struggled to take my xrays, was condescending about any questions I had, and gave me inaccurate information. I spoke to the dentist for less than 60 seconds- Dr Greywhal (not sure of the spelling). He managed to make me more nervous than I already was (if you are alarmed by my situation I don't trust you to handle it... seems like common sense). I then spoke to a very nice woman about finances and she was irrationally berated in front of me by a woman who appeared to be the office manager I assume (she just stood behind the desk watching over everyone). I have since been to a much better dentist just down the street who I trust fully to handle my dental work from now on.
