I came to these people in a time of crisis. I had a very sick pet and virtually no other options. I told them my pay schedule and how much to take out when and they were all smiles and agreed. Then I lost my house and my job and informed them I would pay what I could when I could. That's when they turned mean. I think it ended up in collections for a small sum. Which I paid off. That was 5 years ago. Fast forward to today and having taken in my best friends therapy dog for parvo treatment upon recommendation of our family vet, I was an emotional wreck, and mistakenly put myself down as the owner. They made it very clear without words that they would not treat her unless we paid the $1300 bill upfront, which is funny because I don't know of any other urgent care treatment place that requires payment before treatment. We took out loans, took out new credit cards, applied for care credit. We realized the ownership mistake the next day and went to correct it, after I had spoken on the phone with them regarding billing and told them that we would have the money Monday or Tuesday at the latest and fully intended to pay them. They turned around and told my best friend that we would have all the money when we picked her up Monday and made it very clear they were ending her treatment because they had left a bad review. I'm genuinely afraid that we're going to get her home and that she'll get worse. Based on other reviews I've seen we've people said they let animals die if the owners can't afford treatment. I'll be recommending to my vet that they send their patients elsewhere for urgent care because the stark difference between a vet that cares and a vet that cares about money is something no one should experience.

Don't get me wrong, there are some amazing people working here that genuinely care about the animals, but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
