The room was awful. Faced a wet rooftop. No light in the room. When we asked for a light, we got a stem with a bare bulb...I kid you not! You can t park your own car...it s all valet...so unnecessary and costly. No ice on each floor. You have to ask for it. They nickel and dime you for everything! When we checked out, we were charged for room service that wasn t ours and no one at the front desk was authorized to deal with it. This place is OLD and needs a facelift badly. All and all NOT a good experience.
