New customer. Great buying experience!

I refreshed my riding fundamentals with their H-D Riding Academy course last month (which I highly recommend for new riders, or someone that has rusty skills), and purchased my first Harley from them a week ago. Everyone was very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process

Daniel was the man that sold me the bike. He was very welcoming, took lots of time with me, and was very attentive on the phone, with followups, and in person. He answered all the questions I had, and allowed me to take the bike out for a ride before purchase. We struck a deal, and he smoothly walked me through process. Also taking the time to be sure I had all the gear I needed, and introducing me to the Service Writers, so I knew where to go when I needed service. I was then turned over to Steve to handle the finance and titling. Steve is very knowledgeable in that area, and moved me through process quickly. He also got me the payment amount I was comfortable with.

I will be back when I'm in the market for another bike, and I am already planning another visit to buy some of their gear.
