This is literally the WORST service I have ever received.

Similar to other reviewers, our most recent bill was FOUR TIMES the previous month's bill (which was, before this enormous bill, highest bill we've received in a year).

After being on hold for over an hour I have still not talked to a person. I have, however, listened to a number of non-informative recordings.

If I could buy water from Satan, rather than these clowns, I would gladly do so.
