I recently used a printer toner service from this company and I found the website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The variety of toners available was impressive, and the ordering process was simple. However, I encountered some issues with the delivery of my order. It took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. 🤨 Additionally, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness and professionalism.
