Nice and hard-working staff. The location is perfect, could not be better for a city trip: deep-central, numerous restaurants and bars nearby, most attractions within walking distance, public transportation including metro and trams also nearby. The breakfast is an experience, the croissants are as fresh and soft as in Paris. Rooms are rather small, but still suitable. Hotel-owned restaurant (Bastardo), although not cheap, but the quality and service is great. Can the hotel absolutely recommend.
