Been here many times. This last time the Nurse named Tracy that works on the 5th floor told my husband that I needed to come and pick him up now, because they needed the room. And when he asked for a glass of water she told him he wasn't going to be there long enough. And then walked away. I had just gotten off work and rushed down to the Hospital expecting them to be waiting for me. I went to his room #538 only to find my husband sitting in the bed. When I asked him if he was ready to go, he said they hadn't gotten his paperwork yet! I then had to stand around for 20 minutes before she showed back up. Still without the paperwork. I told her that I was told to rush here to pick him up and they weren't even done with the paperwork? She then told me that it would take 2 minutes to get the papers. I told her I had been here many times and they Never only took 2 minutes. 10 minutes later she finally showed up. We then had to wait another 10 minutes for the Transport. Tracy was in my opinion very rude. I don't care how long it takes. But don't lie and say you needed the room, when I talked to 2 other nurses while waiting for Tracy and they both said they didn't need the room. Very unprofessional.
