I am a long time customer of Vitality Medical, and I have always been pleased with all the products and quality of them. I have purchased many different items over the years and have nothing but praise for them. Now the down side ! I placed an order today, and the price was very competitive with other sites, until the shipping was added. That's when a $9.17 purchase became a $ 16.42 price. I feel like they are overcharging for their shipping when it almost doubles the price of your purchase. This was not a heavy item, but just a few pairs of socks, and this was the lowest shipping rate available. If this continues to be shipping prices, I will have to buy elsewhere. I think it odd when I can a heavy product from another supplier, and only get charged $2.99 for three day shipping as oppose to $7.25 for 10 to 12 day shipping for such a light product. They can do a much better job than that, or I will have to shop elsewhere. :(
