Wheelchair and stroller problems. As new parents with a baby we avoid this nice mall as it's very big and we get tired walking from one end to the other. Especially because young people who are not supposed to use the lifts which are very small, will use the lifts. We, parents, end up waiting at least 20min to get from one floor to another because the young people use the lift. They are not supposed to. Its for wheelchairs and strollers. How must we get down? We can only use lifts so we walk far to get from one lift to another. Then we have to wait. I wish the managers would stop fit people without wheelchairs and strollers to use the lifts. And always parking problems. It's not easy to get to this mall either as the roads are a nightmare.
