While trying to fix a WiFi problem, I stupidly let a 3rd party service have remote access to our PC. When "John" was finished, the PC would operate only in Safe Mode. Then I did what I should have done in the first place. I took the PC to Happy Hamster where we bought it. Lucas Miller was able to restore normal function in about 15 minutes.
