Very disappointing. The manager called Lori doesn'...

Very disappointing. The manager called Lori doesn't know how to deal with customer. We came in a group to have a good time and the service was terrible. 1 hour to pay. 1 hour to refund. Had to fight for Our money back. Crazy world.
