They get a two because the sales rep was professional. I enjoyed having a discussion with Matt and he was knowledgeable about the products. However the organization as a whole should get 0. After Matt and I agreed to everything in the contract, I was sent an email with a contract to sign. My name was spelled as "Prince King". I found that to be out of line and felt mocked. Out of all the mistakes they could have made, they use king. If they had spelled real last name "Khan" wrong I would understand but I was frustrated. Secondly, it says in the email if you have questions about this contract please contact this email (it was listed in the email). So I did, only to find out no one actually monitors it. Installation was not completed and follow up was not done. I got a better package with GardaWorld. Thanks ADT, my home would feel 100% secure with you.
