A low-key, controversial, and whimsical exhibit. M...

A low-key, controversial, and whimsical exhibit. Most are fixated on the the free standing statue outside (Duke of Wellington with his pylon hat).
Upside: Free entrance, VERY friendly and helpful staff.
Downside: Lack of art exhibits. worth no more than 30 minute visit.
