I can t comment on the car buying experience here....

I can t comment on the car buying experience here. This review is for their service department. I brought my Honda Fit in because the fan (for the vent and AC air stopped working) they gave me a quote of $850 to repair. Luckily, they didn t have the part so that gave me time to go to a mechanic for a second opinion. Sure enough, the mechanic diagnosed the problem to be exactly the same as the dealer had but the repair was only $350, that s $500 less than the dealer!!! Beware! The dealer up charge is a very real thing, someone has to pay for that fancy new waiting room and new car wash they recently added. If your vehicle isn t under warranty find a reputable mechanic and go there.

Another example: last year I had to replace my windshield and while I was getting my vehicle serviced (routine maintenance) I asked them for a quote on a new windshield and it was $1000! I got it done by a mobile windshield service company for less than $250. See a pattern here?

I ve had a couple other not so good or questioning moments at their service department but honestly this is already taken too much of my time. Just giving a heads-up, definitely get a second opinion before just going ahead with any mechanical repair if your questioning the cost. I bet you save money. You re welcome.
