ER is a long wait here. Time 5:45pm. My wife is bleeding profusely from the eye and no body cares. Many patients are looking for urgent care here, and so far waiting 2.5 to 6 hours wait. Lots of children waiting too. I guess 6 hours wait is the new norm now. We finally left and went home and scheduled an ophthalmologist exam for the next morning at a faculty outside Baylor Scott. Baylor Scott needs to address improved ER processing and screening. The focus on timely urgent care.
