Always takes them forever to answer the phone. They told me I'd reached my insurance deductible, then the next time I went for an appointment they said I had a past due balance, plus the co-pay for that day as well. I was homeless at the time and they were expecting me to pay close to $80. Their front desk is uncaring at best. The office manager makes excuses when people complain about waiting upwards of 20 minutes on the phone just to try to make an appointment. I've called in the morning, I've called in the afternoon. It doesn't matter when you call, you're always waiting on the phone for at least 15-20 minutes.
