I had been going to the Serenata Beach Club since 2009 but last year in 2013 an incident occurred with one of the members in the hot tub where she and her husband and 6 guests called me every racial slur imaginable and one of them even threatened to punch me in the face. The GM Jane Norton sided with them and said I brought it on myself and participated in the altercation. The club violator had 2 more altercations with members that summer for a total of 4. In the adult area, kids under 18 are not allowed but this woman feels she is above that, so it ended in a screaming match with ladies throwing the floating noodles from the adult pool above down to the lower kid's pool. I will NEVER patronize a place which then turns around and says I am to blame for my incident with this troubled club member when it is obvious that member and her family and their guests are the issue. The staff informed me of prior incidents yet Jane Norton does nothing. Jane is new to Serenata and needs further schooling in interpersonal relations and her management skills are questionable. NEVER AGAIN!!!
